Rock Creek Campground. Transportation provided by school bus from a designated site in Corvallis.

A camp for all girls who have completed Grades K-11.

July 19-23, 2021 -- Monday - Friday

Covid-19 guidelines will change our total registration numbers, check-in/out procedures, transportation process, and overall Day Camp operations... but Benton Day Camp is still going to ROCK! For more details, see our Covid-19 page

This day camp is for all girls who want to make new friends, learn new skills and have lots of fun. Girls will be in units with girls from many troops or girls new to Girl Scouting. This is not a troop camp experience.

Girl Scouts welcomes girls of all abilities. However, because Rock Creek Campground is rugged terrain, parents of girls with special needs are asked to contact the camp director prior to registration to discuss available accommodations.

Girls who have completed Grades K-5 will be campers. Those completing Grade 6 or 7 have the option to be a Program Aide-in-Training (PAIT) or an older camper. Girls who have completed Grades 7-11 may apply to be a Program Aide (PA) if they completed a PAIT or formal PA Training program.  PA’s help Unit and Program Leaders and lead some activities.

Day Camp Schedule

Monday - Thursday:   8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Friday:    8:30 am - 3:00 pm

Campers, Program Aides and PAITs will be assigned to a bus stop in Corvallis where girls will check in and wait for the bus to take them to camp.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, girls will not stay overnight this year. However, girls entering Grades 4-12 will experience a Campfire Surprise on Thursday night.  Detailed information about the special campfire available here.

New this year

Covid-19 protocol, of course!
