2026 Registration Fees
Fees cover camp for the entire week and include program supplies, T-shirt, group photo, camp patch and school bus transportation to & from camp.
Girl currently registered as a Girl Scout -- $150
Girl not currently registered as a Girl Scout -- $195
(Fee includes $45 GS membership for 2025-26 year)
Program Aide-In-Training (PAIT) who is a registered Girl Scout -- $175
Girls entering Grade 7 in Fall 2026 -- Select the PAIT option when registering
Program Aide in Training (PAIT) not currently registered as a Girl Scout -- $220
Girls entering Grade 7 in Fall 2026 -- Select the PAIT option when registering
(Fee includes $45 GS membership for 2025-26 year)
Program Aide (PA) who is a registered Girl Scout Cadette, Senior or Ambassador -- $75
Girls entering Grade 8 or above in Fall 2026 -- does not include PAITs
Program Aide (PA) not currently registered as a Girl Scout -- $120
(Fee includes $45 GS membership for 2025-26 year)
Registration
A fully completed, signed registration packet must include the following:

Completed Health History & OTC Meds Form

Completed Behavior Agreement (within Registration Form or downloadable.

FULL Camp Payment

PA Application (if applicable) -- Due by Sunday, May 11
Registration Forms may be completed and submitted online or through downloading and mailing paper copies.
Payment may be submitted online via PayPal, or you may mail a check to our Registrar.

Cookie/Nut Credits may also be used.

Waiting List
After 100 camper registrations have been received by the Day Camp Registrar, a waiting list will be created. The PAIT and Adventurers programs each have a limit of 16 girls. A waiting list will be created after 16 applicants have registered.
Refunds
Full refunds will be given prior to June 15. No refunds will be made after June 15 unless a medical reason prevents a girl from participating in camp activities.
